SEO Strategy & Web Content Hub Development

Tech Elevator offers coding bootcamps for those interested in breaking into tech. To attract organic traffic and increase bootcamp leads, I led the development of a “tech jobs” informational content hub driven by SEO research.

This project involved:

  • SEO keyword research to develop a comprehensive content hub to inform visitors about wide-ranging opportunities in tech careers and how bootcamps can help them reach their goals.

  • Research on all related topics.

  • SEO-driven copywriting for more than 20 pages on various tech job-related topics.

  • Worked closely with a graphic designer to ensure copy and hub design were aligned.

  • I also worked with the designer to create a downloadable PDF version of the content hub, the Tech Jobs Guide.

  • Results: The content hub earned thousands of organic page views per month, new leads, and led to hundreds of bootcamp applications.

SEO Strategy & Web Content Hub Development (Hack Reactor)

Based on the success of the Tech Elevator content hub detailed above, I led the creation of a “Learn to Code” hub for the Hack Reactor website.

This project included:

  • SEO keyword research

  • Subject matter research

  • Writing, editing, and working with a graphic designer to ensure copy worked on the new site pages and within the downloadable PDF guide.

  • Results: As with the project above, this content hub earned thousands of organic visits and resulted in leads from the PDF download, as well as applications to the coding bootcamp programs offered by Hack Reactor.

Web Copy Projects

In my current role, I manage web copy projects for the Stride Inc. brands Hack Reactor, Galvanize, and Tech Elevator. I develop SEO-driven copy based on keyword research and consumer needs.

I’ve also worked on two full website rewrites and created a branded editorial style guide to ensure all copy aligns with the mission of providing tech education to adult learners.
